INSTALLING YOUR TABLET
1 Use the indentation to pull off the port cover, then separate the front and back
covers.

2 Open your tablet' s kickstand, slide it into the back cover so the two tabs hold it in place,
then close the back cover. The back cover snaps into place.

3 Line up the front cover' s camera and sensor opening with your tablet, then press the
security snaps together around the edges of the case.
4 With the kickstand closed, snap the port cover onto the bottom of your tablet.

Before using your new product, please read these instructions to prevent any damage.
USING THE KICKSTAND
Use the indentation to pull off the port cover, then extend the kickstand.
ATTACHING YOUR KEYBOARD
1 Use the indentation to pull off the port cover, then connect your tablet to its keyboard.
2 Extend the kickstand, then lift the keyboard to attach it to the magnets on the cover
for a natural typing angle.
STORING YOUR SURFACE PEN
When not using your Surface Pen, store it in the designated slot on the left side of the
case.
