If you are using your own laptop, you'll need to connect the Owl to it by plugging the Owl's USB
cable into a USB port on your laptop. Also, be sure that the Owl's power supply is plugged into an
AC outlet. (Turn the Owl over to see its power and USB ports, located on its base.)

When the Meeting Owl Pro is awakened by the system activation, its "eyes" will light up and it will
produce a hooting sound. The camera, which has a 360-degree field of view, is located at the top
of the unit. Buttons located toward the base can be used to mute the Owl's mics; when the mics
are muted, a red indicator lights above the buttons. Speaker volume buttons are also located
close to the base of the unit.
If using a room computer, Turn system off when finished. Tap OFF in the upper right corner of
the screen, then tap Yes to confirm that you would like to turn off the system.
