Sound Settings
MMS Tone
(Menu 5.5.3)
The following options are available for alerting
you to new MMS messages:
Off: the phone does not use an MMS tone.
Light Only: the service light flashes.
Vibration: the phone vibrates.
Single Beep: the phone beeps once.
MMS Tone x: the phone uses one of several
MMS tones.
Folder Tone
(Menu 5.6)
This menu allows you to select the tone that the
phone sounds when you open or close the folder.
To turn the sound off, select Off.
Power On/Off
(Menu 5.7)
This menu allows you to select the melody that
the phone sounds when it is switched on or off.
To turn the sound off, select Off.

Alerts On Call
(Menu 5.8)
This menu allows you to set whether or not the
phone informs you when you receive a new
message or when the alarm time expires during
a call.
Off: The phone alerts you after ending a call.
On: The phone alerts you during a call.
Extra Tones
(Menu 5.9)
You can customise additional tones used for the
phone.
To turn a

The following options are available:
Error Tone: sets whether or not the phone
informs you when you make a mistake.
Minute Minder: sets whether or not the phone
beeps every minute during an outgoing call to
keep you informed of the length of your call.
Connect Tone: sets whether or not your phone
beeps when your call is connected to the
system.
