    ASSEMBLY Tools Needed for Assembly: Crescent Wrench Phillips Screwdriver 13mm Wrench 14mm Wrench 17mm Wrench 19mm Wrench For all of the following steps, please refer to Parts Diagram, Parts List and Illustrations. STEP 1 Unpack Testing Station and verify that you have received all of the parts as indicated on the parts list.
  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY CONTINUED Illustration B STEP 6 Place the other Cross Member Frame Tube (#4) on the floor. Slide the Black Sleeve with Post (#15) onto the Cross Member Frame Tube (#4). Next slide another Black Sleeve with Post (#16) onto the Cross Member Frame Tube (#4).
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY CONTINUED STEP 11 Using long bolt (#35), attach Swivel Casters (#7 and #8) to Left and Right Side Frame Tubes (#1 and #2). Fasten with nuts and washers. Next, also using the long bolt (#35), attach Rigid Casters (#9 and #10) to Left and Right Side Frame Tubes (#1 and #2) on opposite end.

    ASSEMBLY CONTINUED STEP 15 Place Horizontal Bar (#26) on top of Vertical Posts (#24 and #25). Attach with medium bolt (#36). STEP 16 Place Engine Supports (#27 and #28) onto Horizontal Bar (#26). Attach with medium bolt (#34). STEP 17 Place Dash Panel (#23) on top of Vertical Posts (#21 and #22).

     Clean all surfaces and maintain all labels, warnings and instructions. If replacement labels, warnings and/or instructions are needed, please contact Larin customer service to request.  Keep ramp surfaces dry, clean and free from oil or grease.  Owner’s and/or operators should be aware that repair of this equipment may require specialized knowledge and facilities.

    ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Must provide copy of receipt for Warranty – Keep receipt in safe location. Larin Corporation warrants its products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer or material defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or tampering/altering of the product and a charge will be made for such repairs.
