    RF4CE Smart Sensor setup The following explains how to pair/un-pair an RF4CE Smart Sensor (Model:RD01) with your DISH remote: Turn your TV off. Pair your DISH remote (in RF mode) with your set top box. Your DISH remote has built in RF4CE capability. To enable your infra-red (IR) capability, navigate to the IR section of your DISH set top box.

You can set your timer to either 1 or 2 hours, depending on usage habits. This means the RF4CE Smart Sensor will flash after the set period, warning of imminent power down.
