3.1 15-Second of recording time.

4. OPERATING INSTRUCTION MEGAPHONE
4.1 Two optional of power sources. Either use 6pcs of AA battery or 9V DC
power.
4.1.1 install batteries: Take out the battery holder and well insert 6 pcs AA
battries. Then install battery holder into the handle.(note:The holder is
directive,please install with right direction.)
4.1.2 DC power supply: plug in the adapt to local power and the other end to
external DC power supply plug. (note: the adaptor must be type of "+"
inside, "-" outside and 9V/300mA )
4.2 SPEAKING:Swich on power position the function swtich to<SPEECH>,and
red LED will be on. Press button for speaking.The volume can be ontrolled
by adjusting the volume controller.
4.3 RECORDING: Swich the function of position of <REC>,and green LED will
be on. Press button and speak to microphone to rtecord. The maximum
recordiy time is 15 seconds. Changer recording the function swtich to the
position of <SPPECH> after recording.
4.4 RECORDING PLAY: Position fuction swich to<PLAY>for playing recorded
content. The content will be played cyclically and automatically. To end
playing,position the fuction switch to<SPEECH>.(note:It will not stop
playing until the end of content).
4.5 SWITCH OFF: Please press the button to <SPEECH> position, position
the power switch to "OFF" when it is not used.
5. BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING
5.1 THE MEGAPHONE DOES NOT WORK OR SOUND WEAKLY
5.1.1 Ensure the power is well supplied or the power switch bar is on the "ON"
position?
5.1.2 Check if the volume controller is on desired position or the battery power
has been used up.
5.1.3 Confirm the battery power is run out of or not.
5.2 MEGAPHONE CAN'T RECORD OR THE QUALITY IS NOT CLEAR
ENOUGH
5.2.1 Confirm the Fucion Switch is turned on at "REC" position. The green
LED is lighted.
5.2.2 The distance of recording can't too close or to far. The normal distance is
apptox 1~5cm.
5.2.3 Confirm the battery power is run out of or not.
5.3 The broadcasting sound is becoming sooner or slower.
5.3.1 Position the power switch to "ON" first, then press "PLAY" button.
5.3.2 When playing the recording, don't switch on or off the power switch
repeatedly.
5.4 When switch to the "PLAY" button.
5.4.1 Don't switch on or off the power switch repeatedly.

7. PRECAUTIONS
7.1 Do not exposure the product to rain and water or heavy humidity
environment.
7.2 Avoid falling or hitting by external force.
7.3 Do not place under the direct sunlight or the high temperature
environment.
7.4 Avoid approaching the TV set computer or electric devices with CRT
monitor.
7.5 If not in use for a long period of time, remove the batteries and store
them separately to prevent batteries from leaking and damaging the
circuits inside of the megaphone.
7.6 When cleaning the megaphone, please use neutral detergent. Never use
detergent including benzene.
