    USB charger or any other USB port in the vehicle). Your device is designed to stay permanently in your car from this point onward. Your Mileage Ace Pro will begin tracking a trip as soon as you start driving . Please read the section below on light colors so you can learn how to read what your device is doing.

    SETUP STEP 1: where did you buy? MILEAGE-ACE.COM If your purchase was made through the Mileage Ace website your account has already been created. Your account info was emailed to you and was also included on the packing slip in your shipment.
  • Page 5 Link Your Device Enter the Link ID on your device’s back label. If you aren’t on the Mileage Ace Pro Setup Page, you can easily get there from within your account. Just click your email at the top right and choose “Pro Device Setup”.
  • Page 6 PORTS THAT ALWAYS STAY ON Your device will end trips when the vehicle stops for 5 minutes. In always on power ports the Mileage Ace Pro will enter Low Power Mode after being still for about 20 minutes. This keeps it from draining your battery - the power light will flash green every few seconds and it will fully turn on as soon as it senses any movement.
  • Page 7 suggested install locations mount the device where it has good access to the sky. We suggest the lower dash or console area. Try a few spots to see how it works before final mounting. DO NOT MOUNT THE DEVICE IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

    BUTTONS AND LIGHTS BUSINESS BUTTON Press this button to toggle into and out of Business Mode. If on, this guarantees your trip will be logged as business. If this is blue, business mode is ON. If you would like to use this button to also set your personal trips (when business mode is off), choose Manual when prompted while linking your device.

  • Page 11 F. Return Appointment Process. As a condition precedent to the above Limited Warranty, the end user must: 1. Obtain a return material authorization (RMA) from Epion, which will include an RMA number that must be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping container. Returns without an RMA number may be rejected by Epion and immediately returned to end user, freight collected.
  • Page 12 The Mileage Ace is an electronic device. Excessive heat and any moisture will destroy the device and void the warranty. Treat it as delicately as you would your cell phone.
