Authority Levels
Each employee must be assigned to one of nine authority levels. The selections made here
for each authority level determine the operations that are allowed for each employee.
The total number of authority levels is determined in memory allocation.
1. Choose the Edit ECR Data menu, then select P-Mode Programming menu to open the
P-Mode Programming menu. Select Authority Levels to display the Authority Level
Program screen for the selected store file.
2. Use the scroll boxes at the right of the screen and the bottom of the screen to find the
field you wish to program.
3. Edit fields as necessary by clicking on the field to add or remove a check.
4. Click Exit to save changes.
