Temperature Control Probe CAUTION: Use the temperature control probe supplied with this XL Griddle only. The use of any other temperature control probe may cause fire, electric shock, or injury. 1. The temperature control probe is the nerve center and brain of the XL Griddle. -

Griddle to avoid possible damage to the surface. Make sure the sides and back of the XL Griddle are at least 4 inches away from any walls, cabinets, or objects on the counter or table. 3. Before cooking on the XL Griddle for the first time, wash backsplash in mild dishwashing soap, wipe away any residue, and allow to dry. - Page 15 3. Turn the temperature control dial to the OFF position and insert probe into the socket on the side of the XL Griddle. (Figure 3) Check to make sure probe is securely in place. 4.
