POSSIBLE CAUSE
It takes over 20 minutes
to fill water but cannot
achieve its preset water
level.
It takes over 7 minutes
to drain water and/or
cannot drain the washer
totally empty.
The top lid is open.
The washer is out of
balance.
The water level/load size
sensor is not working
correctly.
The top lid is open when
child lock is selected.
Water fills too much and
exceeds selected load
size
Reed switch sensor error
Microprocessor error
SOLUTIONS
Check for washer not filling
properly and water leakage.
Ensure that the drain hose is not
kinked. Make sure that the drain
hose is no higher than 4 ft. above the
bottom of the washer and is no more
than 5 ft. away from the washer.
Close the lid and press the START/
PAUSE button
Redistribute the load. Close the lid
and press the START/PAUSE button.

help.

If E5 error occurs within 5 seconds
close the lid. If this doesn't work
cancel the Child Lock function, make
sure the lid is closed before setting
the Child Lock function again
