The metal surface can scratch. Take care during assembly Place the leg (2) on a soft surface as shown above near to where the drinks trolley will be used. Locate the connecting bars (3) as shown above.

- Page 8 Product assembly Riya drinks trolley 862 48203 Step 5 Parts, fittings and tools With 2 people carefully lay the trolley on its back on a soft surface. Support the glass (4) and align with the brackets located on the frame. Insert the allen bolts (B) with the allen key (E). Do not fully tighten at this stage until the trolley has been placed on its wheels to ensure the item is level.
- Page 9 Product assembly To fit the wheel, rotate this collar clockwise Riya drinks trolley 862 48203 Step 7 Parts, fittings and tools Locate the wheels (G,F) onto the legs (1,2) as shown above. To fit, turn the collar clockwise as shown in the detail. Step 8 Parts, fittings and tools With 2 people carefully place the trolley onto its wheels.
- Page 10 Product assembly Riya drinks trolley 862 48203 Step 9 Parts, fittings and tools Using the open end spanner (D) firmly tighten the wheel nuts as shown in the detail above. Should the trolley require a small amount of levelling remove the necessary wheel and install a washer (C). Refit the wheel and tighten securely.
