I unplugged the frig to clean. The compressor wont start when plugged back in although the light comes on.

If the compressor of an LG LTCS20020 Series refrigerator won't start after being unplugged for cleaning, even though the light is on, it may be due to the sequential operation of electric components. After power is restored, components like the compressor, defrosting heater, and cooling fan start in sequence to prevent noise and damage. This delay is normal. Allow some time for the compressor to start.
