Problem
The indicator is not lighting.
The Evaporative Cooler
is not operating.
The louvre won't oscillate.
The temperature of air being
expelled from the Evaporative
Cooler is not cold enough.
The fan type can't be operated. The evaporated net is blocked.

Possible Cause
The Evaporative Cooler
is not connected to a
power outlet or the power
outlet is not switched on.
The circuit board is damaged.
The motor has over-heated.
The direction key has not been
touched.
The louvre motor is damaged.
The pump needs to be cleaned.
The pump is damaged.
The dust-proof net is blocked.
The circuit board is damaged.

Possible Solution
Insert the plug into a power outlet and
make sure the outlet is switched on.
Do not attempt to fix the circuit board.
Send it to a qualified repair centre for
servicing.
Allow the Evaporative Cooler time to
cool before turning it on.
Press the direction key once. Press it
again to turn the oscillating feature off.
Do not attempt to fix the louvre motor.
Send it to a qualified repair centre for
servicing.

Do not attempt to fix the pump. Send it
to a qualified repair centre for servicing.
The timer is not operating.
