OPERATION

1.
Unfold the solar panel and spread it out under sunlight. For best results, place the
panel at a 45° angle towards the sun.
2.
Connect your charging cable (not included) to one of the dual USB A ports in the
pocket of the solar panel. Connect the other end of the cable to your device to start
charging.
3.
While charging, keep your connected device out of sunlight as direct light may
overheat and lead to damage to your device. You may put it inside the pocket.
4.
When charging is complete, unplug your device from the charging cable. Detach the
cable from the solar panel and fold the solar panel back to its original state, securing
it with the hook and loop strip.
Notes:
The more direct and brighter the sunlight is, the faster devices will charge from
the solar panel.
The voltage of this solar panel is 5V. This will be sustained so long as the solar
panel is under strong direct sunlight.
The power from lighting inside the home is too weak to charge any device. Do
not attempt to use the solar panel with home lighting.
Avoid using the solar panel under shade. The solar panel will not operate
without sunlight.
Efficiency and performance
The solar panel utilises monocrystalline cells with an efficiency of approximately 24% to
gain its solar power.
The device is certified to be waterproof, UV-proof, and dustproof. It has also been coated
with a PET coating, making the surface anti-reflective and scratch resistant.
Voltage regulator
As the rate of power gained from solar power may be unstable at times, the solar panel
contains a voltage regulator to ensure the voltage and current used to charge devices
remains stable throughout its charging period.
