Needle timing to shuttle hook (1)
Check "Feed timing (vertical movement)" and "Needle height" beforehand.
Checking
1. Select any of stitch number 33 to 36 and then set Zigzag width to the maximum of 7mm.
2. Remove needle plate and check to see if needle is not bent.
3. Set the needle at its left lowest position by turning hand wheel. Then check to see
distance between shuttle hook and upper end of needle hole, when shuttle hook meets
the right side of needle by raising needle slowly.
Adjustment
Remove front cover. Lay the machine on its back for easier adjustment.

Insert hexagon socket screw driver (2.5mm) as shown Fig.1 and then loosen two

screws. Turn hand wheel to adjust timing of shuttle while holding the gear by inserting
the driver at one of a screw as shown (A).
Tighten two screws securely after adjustment.
