Problem
Speaker has
trouble connecting.
Bluetooth
connection is
unstable.
Micro SD card does
not play audio.

sound.

Press and hold
for 8 seconds to restart the speaker. If a passcode is required, enter "0000".
Make sure your playback device is within 32.8 ft / 10 m of the speaker.
Make sure there are no walls or barriers between your playback device and the speaker.
The Micro SD card must be formatted FAT32.
Make sure the audio files are a supported audio format: MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, or FLAC.
Adjust the volume on the playback device and speaker.
Check to see if the audio is paused or muted.
Check to see if the battery power is low. If necessary, recharge the speaker.
Press and hold
for 8 seconds to restart the speaker. If a passcode is required, enter "0000".
