GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
The BUCKET HANGER for the M18™ Force Logic™ 10,000 PSI Hydraulic
Pump is for use on properly rated utility buckets or steel baskets. Always
follow the below instructions for proper setup and use.
Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and

specifications provided with your bucket hanger, power
tool, and battery pack.. Failure to follow all instructions may result in
serious injury and/or property damage. Save all warnings and instruc-
tions for future reference.
• Always use common sense and be cautious when using and install-
ing the bucket hanger. It is not possible to anticipate every situation that
could result in a dangerous outcome. Do not use this product if you do not
understand these instructions or you feel the work is beyond your capability;
contact Milwaukee Tool or a trained professional for additional information
or training.
• Use only with properly rated buckets. Do not modify buckets for use
with the bucket hanger. Buckets not intended for the load should not be
used.
• Use only appropriate hooks for the installation. Inspect hooks for
damage or wear before use. Hooks should be rated for the bucket as
well as the weight of the pump and accessories. See operator's manual
for tool weight.
• Place the bucket hanger on an appropriate side of the bucket. Bucket
hanger should not be placed in such a way that it can contact live
wires or other obstructions. Know your lift environment. Follow all local
rules and regulations for the use/mounting of the bucket hanger.
• Properly adjust the bucket hanger to keep the pump within 30° of level
at all times. An un-level pump may leak oil, causing an unsafe work area.
• Do not use bucket hanger for anything other than the M18™ Force
Logic™ 10,000 PSI Hydraulic Pump. This pump has features made to
properly interact with the bucket hanger for safe use.
• Keep area below bucket clear of people, etc., to prevent injury or
damage in case something were to fall.
• Inspect the bucket hanger and all fasteners periodically and replace
immediately if cracked, worn, or damaged. Tighten all adjustments
before each use. Do not attempt to fix or mend damaged bucket hanger
or fasteners.
• Always lower the bucket to the ground before changing battery packs
or accessories. A falling battery pack or accessory could cause serious
injury or damage. Battery packs that sustain an impact must be disposed
of properly.
ASSEMBLY
Installing the Bucket Hanger
1. Before installing the bucket hanger onto the bucket, always lower the
bucket to the ground.
2. Use appropriately sized bucket hooks to mount the bucket hanger to the
appropriate side of the bucket. WARNING! Bucket hanger should not be
placed in such a way that it can contact live wires or other obstructions.
3. Loosen the wing nuts and slide out the adjustable leveling bar until it
contacts the side of the bucket while holding the bucket hanger level.

4. WARNING! An un-level pump may leak oil, causing
an unsafe work area.
5. Tighten the wing nuts securely.
6. To install on steel baskets, remove the wing nuts
and bolts from both sides. Rotate the adjustable
leveling bar 90° and reinstall the bolts and wing nuts,
as shown. Ensure the bucket hanger contacts at
least two horizontal bars. Adjust the bucket hanger
if necessary.
Installing the M18™ Force Logic™ 10,000 PSI Hydraulic Pump
1. Before installing a pump into the bucket hanger, always lower the bucket
to the ground.
2. Determine the best orientation for the pump and lower it into the bucket
hanger. WARNING! Do not use bucket hanger for anything other than
the M18™ Force Logic™ 10,000 PSI Hydraulic Pump.
3. Ensure all mounting locator pins fit securely into the pump feet detents.
4. For extra security during use, run a strap from bar to bar across the top
of the pump.
5. Ensure the pump is level. Adjust the bucket hanger if necessary.
WARNING! An un-level pump may leak oil, causing an unsafe work area.
1. Always install or adjust the bucket hanger, pump, battery packs, and
accessories from the ground. WARNING! Falling objects can cause
serious injury or damage.
2. Install on the side of the bucket away from wires or obstructions.
3. Ensure pump is securely held in the bucket hanger before lifting bucket.

• Utiliser uniquement ce support sur des nacelles possédant les

• Placer le support pour nacelle sur le côté approprié de la nacelle. Le
support pour nacelle doit être placé de manière à ne pas pouvoir entrer
en contact avec des fils sous tension ou d'autres obstacles. S'assurer
de connaître l'environnement d'utilisation de la nacelle. Respecter toutes

du support pour nacelle.
• Régler correctement le support pour nacelle de façon à ce que la
pompe reste toujours à moins de 30° du plan horizontal. Une pompe
qui n'est pas horizontale peut avoir des fuites d'huile et créer une zone de

• Ne rien mettre d'autre dans le support pour nacelle que la pompe
hydraulique M18™ Force Logic™ 10 000 PSI. Cette pompe a des
fonctionnalités conçues pour interagir correctement avec le support pour

nacelle afin de permettre une utilisation sécurisée.
• Garder la zone sous la nacelle dégagée de toute personne, etc., pour
éviter tout risque de blessure ou de dommages en cas de chute.
• Inspecter périodiquement le support pour nacelle et toutes les fixations
et remplacer tout élément fissuré, usé ou endommagé immédiate-
ment. Serrer tous les ajustements avant chaque utilisation. Ne pas
tenter de réparer ou de corriger un support pour nacelle ou des attaches
endommagés.
• Toujours abaisser la nacelle au sol avant de changer les blocs-piles ou
les accessoires. Un bloc-piles ou un accessoire peut tomber et provoquer
des blessures graves ou des dommages matériels. Les blocs-piles qui
subissent un choc doivent être jetés correctement.
