Before any procedures remove the power cable
from the socket.
Do not draw up the fastening elements
too tight to avoid damaging the thread.
Mounting / dismounting / setting-up of
some elements is the same for all appli-
ance models, in this case specific mod-
els are not indicated in the illustration.
The water is supplied from the appliance through
a flexible reinforced hose 10 (rubber or plastic, not
included in the delivery set) connected to the out-
let branch pipe 4 through the fitting 9. When con-
necting the appliance to steel or plastic pipes, it is
necessary to use a flexible hose at least 2 meters
long.
Fitting preparation (see fig. 1-3)
Hoses of different diameters as well as quick change
threaded fittings can be connected to the fitting 9 (see
fig. 1-2).
• Using a fine-toothed saw, carefully cut off the unnec-
essary part of the fitting 9 (see fig. 1-2) and connect ei-
ther a hose or a quick change fitting as described below.
• Connect the fitting 9 to the outlet branch pipe 4 as
shown in the figure 3. Disconnect in the reverse order.
Hose connection (see fig. 4)
• Put the hose clamp 11 on the end of the hose 10
(see fig. 4.1).
• Carefully slide the end of the hose 10 onto the fit-
ting 9 (see fig. 4.2).
• Tighten the screw of hose clamp 11 (see fig. 4.3).
Hose connection with a quick change adapter (see
fig. 5)
• Install the quick change adapter 12 on the end of the
hose 10 (see fig. 5.1).
• Screw the quick change fitting 13 onto the fitting 9
(see fig. 5.2).
• When connecting, put the quick change adapter 12
onto the quick change fitting 13 and push until it clicks,
as shown in the fig. 5.3.
• When disconnecting, move the bushing of the quick
change adapter 12 as shown in the fig. 5.4 and re-
move the quick change adapter 12 from the quick
change fitting 13
Note: do not use a hose having a cross
section under 19 mm (3/4") (for CT35046F)
or 30 mm (1-1/4") (for CT35047), it will in-
crease the load on the appliance and re-
duce its performance.
