It shows I can remove shade count to desired number on the remote. How do I add channels back if I buy more shades?

To add channels back on the SUNPRO DD2700H remote after buying more shades, follow the pairing steps:

1. Apply power to the motor (it will jog once and give a long beep).
2. Within 7 seconds, press and hold the STOP button on the remote for 2 seconds (motor will jog twice and beep three times).

This pairs the motor with the remote, effectively adding a new channel for the additional shade. Repeat the process for each new shade.

If the SUNPRO DD2700H screen is not responding to the remote's up button but the light flashes blue, possible issues include:

- RF interference or a weak signal: Check the motor antenna and ensure there are no other RF sources causing interference. Move the remote closer to the unit.
- The motor may not be paired correctly: On the existing remote, press P2 (1 jog and 1 beep), then press P2 again (1 jog and 1 beep), and on the motor or new remote press P2 (2 jogs and 3 beeps) to link the remote.
- The motor might be at its limit: Adjust the upper or lower limits as needed.
- The motor may be overheated: Allow time for it to cool and reset the internal thermal fuse.

Check each of these factors to identify and resolve the issue.

remote is not setting limits per the instructions. I dont know how it got out of whack in the first place but now it goes up and down about an inch at a time with each press of up or down button. I've tried the instructions at least a dozen times. What is stupid is that there seems to be 2 "p2" buttons. Is there a difference in which one im supposed to use when programming? Is it one for up and one for down?

To set the limits on the SUNPRO DD2700H remote:

1. Set the Upper Limit:
- Move the screen to the desired upper position.
- Press and hold UP + STOP simultaneously for 2 seconds (motor will jog twice and beep three times).
- The upper limit is now set.

2. Set the Lower Limit:
- Move the screen to the desired lower position.
- Press and hold DOWN + STOP simultaneously for 2 seconds (motor will jog twice and beep three times).
- The lower limit is now set.

Regarding the P2 button, it is used for different programming functions. Pressing P2 once (motor jogs once and beeps once) is used for one function, while pressing P2 again (motor jogs twice and beeps three times) completes pairing or other programming tasks.

Remote blinking blue and not moving shade up or down

The SUNPRO DD2700H remote blinking blue and not moving the shade up or down could be due to RF interference, the motor being out of remote control range, or a pairing issue. Check for other RF sources, move the remote closer to the unit, and ensure the remote is properly paired with the motor using the P2 button sequence.

The SUNPRO DD2700H may not be working after changing the battery due to RF interference, the remote being out of range, or the need to re-pair the remote with the motor. Check the motor antenna for interference, move the remote closer to the unit, and re-pair the remote by pressing P2 (1 jog, 1 beep) on the existing remote, then pressing P2 again (1 jog, 1 beep) followed by P2 on the new remote (2 jogs, 3 beeps).

remote blue light when off on down arrow. is not going up or dow or middle.

Lost my original remote. Tried to pair the new one and it would not pair, although the new remote lights up and moves to the desired channel. Prior to trying that, I could operate that shade with a second remote that has two other shades (channel 1 and channel 2) by using channel 3. After the failed pairing attempt, the original remote no longer works on that particular shade on channel 3. Now the shade is stuck in the down position and I can't move it at all. When I press the button on the motor, it jogs once. But when I press the - button on the remote, nothing happens.
