OPERATION
Charging
1.
Ensure the nail grinder power switch is in the OFF position.
2.
Insert the charging plug into the port on the bottom of the nail grinder.
3.
Insert the USB plug into a USB AC plug (mobile phone charger).
4.
The charging indicator will begin to flash. When the grinder is fully charged the
indicator will stop flashing and stay illuminated.
Nail anatomy
Before you begin trimming your pet's nails you will need to identify the 'quick' in the nail. The
outer nail is hard and contains no nerve ending and protects the soft inner part of the nail
known as the quick.
While grinding, keep checking the nail for a dark spot. This spot is the beginning of the
quick. Once visible stop grinding immediately. Exposure of the quick will result in bleeding.
