ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Install the Front and Rear Stabilizers Attach the Front Stabilizer (1) onto the Front curve plate of the Main Frame (42) with two M10 Cap Nuts (5), M10x57 Bolts (3), and Ø10 Big Curve Washers (4). Repeat the above steps to install the Rear Stabilizer (50).

2.1. How to connect tension connector Slide the cable wire from the upper tension connector in between the opening on the wire holder on the lower tension connector. Pull the upper tension Connector backward and slide the wire through the slot on the bracket.

3. Install the Seat Cushion and Seat Post. Remove three M8 Locknuts (18) and Ø8 Washers (17) from underneath of the Seat Cushion (16). Then attach the Seat Cushion (16) onto the triangle plate of Seat Post (19) with three M8 Locknuts (18) and Ø8 Washers (17) that were removed.

5.Install the sets of pedals. Connect the Left Foot Pedal (51) to the left Crank (38). Thread it into the crank assembly in the Counter clockwise direction by using the Multi Hex tool provided. Connect the Right Foot Pedal (52) to the right Crank (38) by threading it in the clockwise direction.

If you leave the equipment idle for approximate 4 minutes, the power will turn off automatically.
MAINTENANCE Cleaning The upright bike can be cleaned with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the upright bike after each use. Be careful not get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.

SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.

TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
