Plexiglass Panel Installation Instructions

1. Remove the door frame assembly by first unlocking the security lock and then
Lifting the door frame off the pin hinges.
2. With the door frame laying on a clean work surface remove one of the aluminum
horizontal trim pieces by first removing the two securing screws.
3. Place the Plexiglass insert into the assembled portion of the frame making certain
The tongue of the Plexiglass panel is fully inserted in to the horizontal trim. One
of the screws in the remaining horizontal trim may have to be loosened to
facilitate the installation of the panel.
4. Replace the previously removed horizontal trim piece and secure with screws.
5. Using the screws provided fasten the Plexiglass panel in at the 10 locations in the
Vertical extrusions. Re-tighten any screws loosened to aid in inserting the panel.
6. Remove the protective paper from the Plexiglass and clean with window glass
cleaner and a soft cloth.
7. After installing the door assembly in the cabinet check for proper alignment
between the latch hook and latch. Loosen the two securing screws and make
necessary adjustments to correct any misalignment.
