IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and Save:
1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other ).
The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet reverse
the plug. If plug still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
Do not install non-factory wiring or any other

electrical components. Altering or modifying
the lamp in any way will render the product
unsafe.
3. Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply
cord to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.

Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all
other fabrics and objects away from the lamp,
lamp switch and light bulb. Lamps are not
designed to support additional weight.

6. This lamp is approved for indoor use only.
BULB REPLACEMENT
Lamp is rated for maximum 150 Watt Type A,3-Way
bulb or a 25 Watt maximum,3 Way SBCFL bulb.
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED BULB
WATTAGE.
1. Turn off and unplug the lamp and allow bulb to
cool before replacing bulb.
2. Light bulb should never touch the lamp shade.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only.
2. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning solutions.

NOTE: If the floor is not flat, turn the
adjustable foot pads (K) to stabilize the lamp.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thread the four Upper Stems (E) into the four stems of
the top assembly (D).
Note: During assembly gently pull the Power Cord through
the three stems and the shelf holes.
2. Installing the Top Shelf (F): Align the four holes in
the top shelf (F) to the four upper stems (E) and to
the four middle stems (G). Secure the top shelf (F) by
threading the four middle stems (G) into the four upper
stems (E) by turning clockwise.
3. Installing the Lower Shelf (H): Align the four holes in
the lower shelf (H) to the four middle stems (G) and to
the four lower stems (I). Secure the lower shelf (H) by
threading the four lower stems (I) into the four middle
stems (G) by turning clockwise.
4. Install light bulb (not included) into the socket of the
lamp holder (J).
5. Pinch and insert harp (C) into the saddle on the
lamp holder (J).
6. Remove the finial (A) from the harp (C). Place the shade
(B) on harp (C) and secure with finial (A) by turning
clockwise.
7. Insert the plug into an electrical outlet.
8. Use the 3-way switch to turn lamp on and off.
