Welcome to your new
Shaw Gateway HDPVR.
Self installation instructions to connect one TV.
Please Include: (Approximate hardware setup time: 10-15 minutes)
When adding Portals to create a whole-home experience, professional installation will be required. Please

Step 1: Make sure you have everything you need.

Your serial number, "Host SN," is located on the back of the HD box (next to the number three) and starts with
the letter "M." Alternatively, you can find the serial number on the white sticker label on the HD box packaging.
You can find your account number on your mailing label.
