    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Use the exploded drawing (page 3) as your guide to assemble. Lay all parts and assemblies out in front of you before beginning. The following procedure is recommended: • Attach one base support (19) to left side frame and link compoents (25) using bolts (21),washers (22), lock washers (23) and nuts (24), then attach another to right side frame and the link compoents.
