• To minimize stress on your shoulders and back, spread the fabric on your shoulders to evenly distribute the weight of the baby. • To nurse your baby, sit down comfortably, loosen the straps and have your hands supporting the baby and the baby carrier at all times. When finished, ensure to tighten the straps again before standing up.
OPERATION Front Carrying: Baby facing out (6 months old+): Fasten the waist buckle with the carrier hanging down in the front. Reach for the left shoulder strap and place it on the shoulder. Place baby in the carrier with legs on either side. While supporting baby with your left hand, reach for the other shoulder strap and place it on the shoulder again.

Back carrying (approximately 8 months to 2 years old): • Fasten the waist buckle and adjust so it fits snugly on your hips. • Fasten the chest buckle so the shoulder straps stay in place. Loosen the shoulder straps. Have a second person place baby in the carrier, ensure each of baby's legs is through the leg openings.

Removing Child From Carrier Front carrying: While holding your child firmly, release the chest buckle. Carefully remove your child from the carrier. Back carrying: With the help of a second person, while holding your child firmly, release the chest buckle. Remove both shoulder straps and release the waist buckle.
