Light can be operated 3 ways:
1. Light fixtures will automatically come ON at dusk and OFF at dawn or when the unit senses the absence
of light for more than 30 seconds
2. Timer can be set for 1-9 hours of operation. Settings will repeat every 24 hours
3. Turn fixtures on and off manually
Installation Instructions: Outdoor Only
Install 2 screws into wall 8cm apart and at least 12" above ground. Hang the transformer on the screw heads.
Determine the low voltage wire gauge required for installation. Carefully remove 1" of plastic jacket from the wire
ends.
As shown in the illustration loosen screws on back of transformer and wrap the wire around each screw head,
tighten screws securely.
Connect each light fixture.
** For the 600 Watt version, there will be 2 12Vac output terminal sets. Each terminal set will support up
to 300 Watts. If your light load exceeds 300 Watts on either terminal, you will cause a power overload and
the lights will automatically shut off.

Operating Instructions:

Once installed correctly, open front cover and plug into a 120 volt GFCI-protected receptacle. Bulbs must be 12
volt. Press the UP and DOWN arrows next to the LED display until the desired setting is reached - Display will
show:
"O"
ON
"A"
Lights will automatically come ON at dusk and OFF at dawn or when the unit senses the absence of light
for more than 30 seconds
"1-9"
1-9 hours of operation - Lights will automatically come ON at dusk and remain on for the number of hours
selected.

Troubleshooting:

Adjust display to "O" (ON)
Place the transformer in a location free of obstructions such as shrubbery
The photo sensor will not activate if another light source is shining on the transformer. Remove the extra light
source.
Total bulb wattage cannot exceed the transformers wattage. If necessary remove extra bulbs.
Circuit breaker protection – in case of power overload, the lights will
to reset circuit breaker if necessary.
If the unit does not have power, try the following solutions:
o
Make sure plug is securely plugged into a GFCI-protected receptacle
o
Check connection between low voltage cable and transformer to make sure
loose connection is found, reconnect and tighten screws securely
