1. Make sure to use clean water and regularly replace water in the bowl.
2. Clean the ceramic disc and the surface of the mist maker with soft cloth or cotton swab dipped
in clean water. DO NOT use washing powder or detergent to clean any part of the unit
3. If the unit does not generate mist and only sprays water after running for some time, please
check if there is enough water in the bowl. If the unit still continues to only spray water after
refill, it may indicate that the unit is functioning but the water or the container is dirty. Simply
clean the container, replace with clean water and the unit should start working again.
4. The fogger disc needs to be changed about every 1000 hours, due to normal wear and tear. The
fogger disc needed for this is item # M10. If you notice, your aroma diffuser is starting to make
low mist, it is recommended to change the fogger disc.

Use only clean tap water or mineral water for
the BAMBOO AROMA DIFFUSER. It has been noted that
the unit does not function well when used with purified
distilled water.
