Contractor turned off whole house, water to repair/remodel;
Had the Never Cold pump off during that time.
Once they turned the water back on, and turn the never Cold back on…
Circulation pump operates, but does not seem to be circulating, hot water
Here's the question: is it possible that an air bubble can be blocking the valve under the sink?

70600 APPLICATION The NEVERCOLD™ circulators are designed to deliver hot water instantly at the point of use (under sink). VALVE INSTALLATION NOTE: Pipe dope and Teflon tape are not required for the valve threads. The valve is normally installed at the faucet that is furthest away from the hot water heater. If there are separate hot water branches in the residence, additional valves may be required.
