If you don't know how to spell a word, type the
letters you do know and then type an asterisk
at the end. (Hold

Expanding Your Searches
After entering a search word(s), you can
expand a word search to find more matches.
When you expand a search, you will find your
search word(s) first in recipe names, then in
text. For example, if you search for eggs you
will find 50 matches most of which have the
word egg in the recipe name. Press
go to the text of a match and then press

cookbook has found every place where egg
appears in the book, not just in a recipe name.
