Select a Search Method

You can search for stocks by company name or
ticker symbol. Here's how to select a search method.
1. If you're not at the entry line, press

Which Search Method to Select?
"Name" lets you search by full or partial com-
pany name. If you enter a partial name, you
see a list of stocks.
"Symbol" lets you search by ticker symbol only.
If you enter an incorrect ticker symbol, you see
"Not Found."
"Both," the default search method, lets you
search either by company name or ticker sym-
bol. If you enter a partial name or an incorrect
ticker symbol, you see a list of stocks.
