STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS To the extent permitted by applicable State law, any lawsuit with respect to any breach of warranty claim seeking revocation of acceptance or rescission, whether express or implied, must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action has occurred regardless of the time remaining in the warranty period under the Limited Warranty.
