By signing above, you authorize Fluance Speakers to charge your credit card for the amount
equalling the cost of the items ordered plus shipping and any applicable taxes.
Payment Methods: Fluance only accepts VISA, MasterCard, and
American Express credit cards as payment for all purchases. Current
billing address and phone information must be included with every
order. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we
confirm your billing information. Fluance reserves the right to request
additional evidence for proof of billing information.
Delivery: Fluance uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders.
Products will be shipped within 2 business days via UPS ground, or
UPS standard services from the time we receive your order. Delivery
times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing
times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All
orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or
pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release. We will only
deliver to the address of the credit card holder.
All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be
accepted. Fluance will only ship orders within the United States and
Canada. Fluance does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or overseas
addresses. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been
shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking
number and links to track your order on-line with UPS.
Billing Address: Your billing information must be the same as listed for
you by your credit card provider. We do not accept international credit
cards.
Credit Card Fraud Protection For Customers Wishing To Ship To An
Address Other Than Their Billing Address: In order to protect our cus-
tomers from credit card fraud the billing & shipping address on your
order form must exactly match the billing address to which your
monthly credit card statement is mailed. If billing and shipping
addresses are different, please contact your credit card issuing compa-
ny to add the alternate shipping address as a authorized secondary
address. Your credit card company's phone number can be found on
the back of your credit card. The credit card company doesn't allow us
to ship to non-verified shipping addresses for customer's protection
against fraud.
