Although the camera already offers a very high frame rate with 80 fps at full resolution, you can get even 1000ths of frames by reducing the camera resolution.

    Introduction CoaXPress MC258x Camera Manual 2.2 Differences between the camera types The 25CXP camera is available as the monochrome MC2582 version or as a MC4083 color (Bayer Filter) version. All versions have the same sensor with a resolution of 5120 x 5120 pixel. The color version uses a Bayer Filter at the top of the sensor to code the color information in the image pixels.
