Glass edge lighting

Turning on the glass edge lighting

The glass edge lighting can be turned
on and off separately from the fan and
the cooktop lighting.
 Pressing the Glass edge lighting
button  turns on the backlighting
for the glass edge.
Changing the color of the glass edge
lighting
The color of the glass edge lighting can
be changed as desired.
The color is preset to white.
 Turn on the glass edge lighting .
 By repeatedly pressing the Color
change button , you can scroll
through the six preset standard color
settings in the following order:
1. White
2. Green
3. Red
4. Blue
5. Rapid color change
The color of the lighting changes
continuously. The glass edge lighting
cycles through the full range of
colors in one-minute intervals.
Initially, the Color change button
flashes rapidly.

Operation (Automatic and Manual modes)

6. Slow color change
Similar to 5, but the lighting cycles
through the colors in 15-minute
intervals. Initially, the Color change
button flashes slowly.

Saving a color

You have the option of saving a favorite
color as a setting.
 Select the rapid or slow color change
(color setting 5 or 6).
 When the cycle reaches the desired
color, press and hold the Color
change button  until the glass
edge lighting flashes three times.
This color now saved as the additional
color setting 7.
It can be selected at any time until you
save a different color using the same
process.

Turning off the glass edge lighting

 Press the glass edge lighting button
.
The lighting automatically turns off after
a brief delay.
The next time the glass lighting is
turned on, the most recently selected
color setting 1 through 7 will come on
again.
