Camera, as determined by Canon U.S.A. or Canon Canada, or the authorized PowerShot Digital Camera service provider, in their sole discretion

operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed in Canon U.S.A.'s or Canon Canada's user's manual

Canon Canada, or an authorized PowerShot Digital Camera service provider. Without limiting the foregoing, water damage, sand/corrosion damage, battery leakage, dropping the

above, will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse or failure to operate the PowerShot Digital Camera as set forth in the operating instructions.

You will be given the name, address and phone number 01 an authorized PowerShot Digital Camera service provider, by contacting the Canon U.S.A., Customer Care Center at 1-800-828-
4040 or Canon Canada Customer Information Centre at 1-800-0K-CANON (1-800-652-2666), It is your tesponsibility to properly package and send the defective PowerShot Digital
Camera, together with a copy of your dated proof of purchase (a dated bin of sale is suffICient), a complete explanation of the problem and a return address to the authorized PowerShot
Digital Camera service provider at your expense. Do not include any other items with the detective PowerShot Digital Camera. The defective PowerShot Digital Camera covered by this
limited warranty will be repaired and returned to you without charge by the authorized PowerShot Digital Camera service provider. AIly PowerShOI Digital Camera received by the
authorized PowerShot Digital Camera service provider that is not covered by the limited warranty will be returned unrepaired, or at the discretion of the authorized PowerShot Digital
Camera service provider. you may receive a wrinen estimate of repair at such cost as the service provider may establish trom time to time
