  • Page 5 Before First Use: Remove all labels and packing material. Wash all components in warm water with mild detergent. Take care to not submerse thermometer in water. Rinse and dry thoroughly with clean soft towel. Stove Top Cooking: Designed for use on all stovetops including electric, ceramic, gas and induction.
