Symptoms
The body of the beverage
cooler is electrified.
Frost is forming in the
beverage cooler.
The door will not shut
properly.
Possible Causes
The unit is not grounded
properly.
The environment is humid.
The ambient temperature is
too low.
The door gasket is not
installed properly.
The door is being opened too
frequently.
The cooler is not level.
The door gasket is dirty.
The door gasket is not
installed correctly.
The shelves are incorrectly
installed.

Solutions
Contact your local electrician
to test your electrical
grounding system.
Manual defrosting is required;
unplug the unit to allow the
frost to melt. If frost builds up
frequently, you can move the
unit to a location with a
warmer temperature,
minimize the number of times
you open the door, or check
the door gasket for a good
seal.
Make sure the cooler is on a
level surface.
Clean the door gasket.
Make sure the door gasket is
correctly installed.
Make sure the shelves are
correctly installed.
