  • Page 20 Enrolling an Administrator Administrator, is a person who has full access of Proximity reader device, have right enrolling employees. Before enrolling any employee in device you should enroll an Administrator first. Depending on the authority level, administrator can be classified as Super Administrator and General Manager.

Note: You must set the Super Administrator before you can set the General Manager. Only Super Admin will be able to access the setup menu to change configuration.

    Employee can user either of these methods according needs or Company's policy. • Employee's proximity card and password records may be registered directly by the device or later copied and transferred to any additional AMG I-30 B devices via AMG software or USB drive.
  • Page 24 Enrolling Employees Proximity Card 1. Press Menu > Enroll > User 2. Card is selected by default, press OK to register card, as shown in 3. The device will display ID number, Press OK. *Note: The ID number ranges from 1-65535. The devices will automatically assign the first unregistered ID number as the registration number.
  • Page 25 Enrolling Employee PIN Enrolling employee's PIN may serve as verification alternative and provide as a backup if employee lost their proximity card. 1. Press Menu key > Enroll > User > Password press OK 2. Press ESC. 3. You will need to enter the desired existing employee ID number enrolled in device.
