    IJSBLOKMOLEN N°53  De ijsblokmolen N° 53 is bestemd voor bars, cafe’s, hotels, restaurants, nachtclubs.  Het apparaat is s amengesteld uit een molenlichaam van plastic voorz ien van messen van roestvrij staal, een doorzichtig plastic reservoir met een inhoud van 1,3 kg en een standaard ijsbak.

    WAARSCHUWINGEN: 1. Dit apparaat mag alleen gebruikt worden om kubusvormige of cilindervormige ijsblokjes te malen waarvan de afmetingen ten hoogste 30x30x30mm bedragen. 2. Dit apparaat niet gebruiken om diepvriesproducten te malen. 3. Geen voorwerpen steken uitvoeropening fijngestampte ijs. INSTALLATIE, HANTERING Een enkel persoon kan het appar aat hanteren.

    GEBRUIK VAN HET APPARAAT 1ste IN WERKING STELLING De onderdelen die in contact met de ijsb lokjes komen naar behor en schoonmaken (fig. A).  Het handvat van het deksel ( 2) samenknijpen om het te ontgrendelen, het optillen om bij het reservoir (3) van de ijsblokjes te komen. Het deksel ( 1), het réservoir (3), de ijsbak ( 6) schoonmaken met een niet schurende spons en een normaal afwasmiddel.

    GEBRUIK IN HANDMATIGE OF AUTOMATISCHE MODUS Handmatige modus lang drukt op één van de knoppen (4 of 5) gaat de handmatige modus van Als men start. De motor blijft draaien zolang men de knop ingedrukt houdt en stopt als men hem loslaat.

    VEILIGHEIDSINRICHTINGEN / ONDERHOUD BEVEILIGING OVERBELASTING MOTOR Als de motor geblokkeerd raakt (vreemd voorwerp, te hard voorwerp) zal het apparaat 2 maal achter elkaar de draairichting van de messen omkeren om het betreffende harde voorwerp te kunnen verwerken. Dan gaat het verder met de normale cyclus. Als dez e twee omkeringen van de draairichting het niet mogelijk maken om het probleem op t e lossen zal het apparaat in de beveiliging springen en komt de motor tot stilstand.

    ONDERHOUD Voor iedere ingreep op het apparaat m oet men absoluut eerst de steker uit de contactdoos halen en de startcondensor van de motor ontladen. Vervangingsdelen BELANGRIJK : Het is verboden andere dan door SANTOR verklaarde oorspronkelijke vervangingsdelen te gebruiken. Deze machine benodigt geen enkel s peciaal onderhoud, de lager s zijn levens lang gesmeerd.

    Het apparaat komt tot stilstand naar aanleiding van een verhitting van de motor (het motorblok is warm) Als de motor oververhit raakt, zal het apparaat automatisch tot stilstand komen. De beveiligingsinrichting wordt automatisch opnieuw ingeschakeld, wachten tot de motor is afgekoeld (15 tot 30 minuten) alvorens de machine opnieuw op te starten.     Het fijngestampte ijs stroomt niet meer in de ijsbak Het apparaat is ontworpen om in één enkele handeling de nutti ge inhoud van een standaard ijsbak te malen. Als men te veel ijsblokjes in het reservoir doet of als men een te kleine ijsbak gebruikt (of een te kleine opv angbak), zal het niveau van het fijngestampte ijs geleidelijk oplopen tot aan de uitvoeropening.

    INSTALLATION AND HANDLING The machine can be handled by a single person. It is recommended that the appliance be placed on a table or worktop for more comfortable use with the controls facing you (recommended height: 90 cm, to be adapted as required for the user).     USING THE APPLIANCE USING FOR THE 1st TIME Carefully clean the parts of the machine in contact with the ice cubes (fig. A).  Grip the handle of the cover (2) to unlock it, then lift it up to gain access to the ice cube hopper (3).

    USING THE MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC MODE Manual mode Prolonged pressing of one of the buttons (4 or 5) starts up the manual mode. The motor runs for as long as the push button is pressed then stops as soon as it is released. Automatic mode Brief pressing of one of the buttons (4 or 5) starts up the automatic mode.

    SAFETY / MAINTENANCE MOTOR OVERLOAD SAFETY FEATURE: If the motor gets blocked (foreign or hard matter), the appliance will perform 2 successive blade rotation direction changes to make it easier for the hard matter to go through. The appliance will then resume its normal cycle. If the 2 direction changes are not enough to overcome this problem, the appliance will then go into the safety state and the motor will stop.

    MAINTENANCE Before carrying out any work on the appliance, it is essential to unplug it from the mains and to discharge the motor starting capacitor: Spare parts IMPORTANT: Use of spare parts other than certified original SANTOS parts is prohibited. This machine requires no particular maintenance because the bearings are lubricated for life.

    ELEKTRISCHER ANSCHLUSS  Das Netzteil des Gerätes ist für 2 Wechselstrom-Netzspannungen erhältlich: - 100-120V~ 50/60 Hz : Modell 53V1 - 220-240V~ 50/60 Hz : Modell 53 Leitungsschutz: Das Gerät muss an eine Standardsteckdose 2-polig + Schutzkontakt angeschlossen werden. Die Installation muss mit einem FI-Schutzschalter und einer 16 A- Sicherung ausgerüstet sein.

    SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN / WARTUNG ÜBERLASTSCHUTZ DES MOTORS Bei Blockieren des Motors (Fremdkörper, zu harter Körper) ändert das Gerät nacheinander 2mal die Drehrichtung der Messer, um den Durchlauf des harten Körpers zu erleichtern. Dann kehrt das Gerät zum normalen Zyklus zurück. Wenn die 2 Drehrichtungswechsel nicht ausreichen, um das Problem zu beseitigen, schaltet das Gerät auf Sicherheit und stoppt den Motor.

    WARTUNG Vor jedem Eingriff am Gerät mu ss das Gerät vom Netz genommen und der Anfahrkondensator des Motors entladen werden: Ersatzteile WICHTIG: Es dürfen nur Originalersatzteile von SANTOS verwendet werden. Die Maschine ist weitgehend wartungsfrei, die Rolllager sind lebenslang geschmiert.
