Keep these instructions for future reference. This instruction manual contains important information necessary for the proper assembly and safe use of the appliance. Follow all warnings and instructions when using the appliance.
  • Page 3 IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION Propane gas is heavier than air and leaking propane will sink to the lowest level possible. It can ignite by ignition sources including matches, lighters,sparks or open flames of any kind many feet away from the original leak. Use only propane gas set up for vapor withdrawal. Propane gas should be stored or used in compliance with local ordinances and codes or with ANSI/NFPA 58.
  • Page 4 IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION The heater is designed and approved for use as a construction heater in accordance with the Standard for Gas-Fired Construction Heaters ANSI Z83.7 ● CSA 2.14. CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL FIRE SAFETY AUTHORITY IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT APPLICATIONS. Other standards govern the use of fuel gases and heat producing products in specific applications.
  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY The Fuel System: The hose/regulator assembly attaches to the propane gas supply.This provides fuel to the heater. The Ignition System: The piezo ignitor lights the burner fuel supply on the machine. The Automatic Control System: The automatic control valve shuts off the heater if the flame goes out. Propane supply You must provide propane gas and tank(s).

    OPERATION 1: First, connect the gas regulator to the gas tank and heater. 2: Connect the power supply and turn on the fan switch to check if the fan is running normally. 3: Press the action bar of valve for 3 to 5 seconds, then press the piezo igniter to ignite and it start to work. 4: Open the valve of the gas tank and check the connecting pipe with soap bubbles to ensure that there is no air leakage in the pipeline.

Do not substitute or use generic parts.Improper replacement parts could cause serious or fatal injuries.This will also protect your warranty coverage for parts replaced under warranty. Parts warranty and non- warranty: contact authorized dealers of this product.If they can not supply original replacement parts, either contact your nearest parts central or manufacturer.

    MAINTENANCE WARNING: Never attempt to service heater while it is connected to propane supply, operating or hot. Severe burns can occur. 1. Keep heater clean. 2. Inspect heater before each use. Check connections for leaks. Apply mixture of liquid soap and water to connections.
