3.1.22 Removing the OSD connect 1 board
(See Fig.16)
• Remove the top cover and volume board.
(1) Remove the tie band bundling the wires.
(2) Disconnect the wire from the connector
woofer board.
(3) Disconnect the wire from the connector
connect 1 board.
(4) Disconnect the OSD connect 1 board from the main ampli-
fier board in an upward direction while releasing the claw s
of the connector CN222
Note:
When releasing the claw s, take care not to break it.
3.1.23 Removing the master clock board
(See Fig.17)
• Remove the top cover, tuner, front video board, volume board,
PWM modulation 1 board, PWM modulation 2 board and OSD
connect 1 board.
(1) Remove the two screws X with a short driver and remove
the transistor hold from the joints t of the heat sink.
(2) Disconnect the wire from the connector
amplifier board.
(3) Take out the master clock board from the main body.
