The WaterTech Series robot may stop working when placed inside the pool due to the following reasons:
1. The pump motor is jammed by unfiltered debris. The robot should not be run without a filter bag, as debris can obstruct the impeller or internal components. 2. The batteries may be fully discharged. 3. The robot may be stuck upside-down. 4. It may need calibration if it drives in circles or over the same area repeatedly. 5. There could be a “Control Box” or “Pump Motor” issue.
Check for obstructions, ensure proper filter use, and verify battery charge.
