• Be cautious not to enter incorrect screen lock passwords more than
the specified times.
• When you turn on the device right after the device resets, encryption
also starts. If you stop the encryption arbitrarily, the data may be
damaged. Be sure to wait until the reset is completed.
Customize Lock screen
You can customise lock screen.

Tap Settings Lock screen & security Customize Lock
screen.

Select a function you want to set.
• Wallpaper: Allows you to set the background for your Lock screen.
• Clock: Allows you to set the clock size on the Lock screen.
• Shortcuts: Allows you to choose apps to run on your Lock screen.
This setting appears only when a screen lock is set.
• Contact info for lost phone: Allows you to set text to be displayed
on the Lock screen to identify the phone' s owner.
Secure lock settings
You can set secure lock settings.

Tap Settings Lock screen & security Secure lock settings.

Select a function you want to set.
• Make pattern visible: Allow you to make pattern visible.
• Lock timer: Allows you to set the amount of time before the screen
automatically locks after the backlight turns off (time-out due to
inactivity).
• Power key instantly locks: Enable this option to instantly lock the
screen when the Power/Lock key is pressed. This setting overrides
the Security Lock timer setting.
• Show lockdown option: Allow you to show power menu option to
turn off Lock screen notifications, Smart Lock and biometric locks.
