3 to 5 weeks to capture space utilization rates. The system employs three technology tiers to capture, aggregate, and transmit workplace utilization data for analysis and trend reporting. A Herman Miller analyst will determine whether data is being collected properly, and may contact the customer to assist in simple troubleshooting, e.g., to check whether a receiver’s AC power plug has become unplugged.
