- Page 3 SUBWOOFER PLACEMENT : As a general rule we advise you to place your subwoofer at the front of the room, in line with the main speakers. Getting closer to a wall, and even more to a corner, will naturally amplify the sound of the subwoofer. Therefore, the position labeled “3+” on the drawing will bring the highest sound pressure level and efficiency.
