ONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA E MODO D'USO
LAMPOLET s.r.l. offre su tutti i meccanismi per divani letto una garanzia totale di 3 anni (2 anni sui
materassi di nostra produzione) con sostituzione gratuita dei prodotti difettosi presso la propria sede o
quella dei rivenditori autorizzati. La garanzia sarà valida ed operativa solo alle seguenti condizioni:
1) Il meccanismo deve recare l' e tichetta adesiva di garanzia indicante anno e mese di produzione.
2) Deve essere provato che la rottura sia imputabile a difetti di produzione e non ad uso improprio ed in
particolare:
a) L'errata abitudine di lasciare lenzuola o cuscini nel meccanismo quando chiuso nella posizione "divano";
b) L'uso di materassi non conformi ai parametri prefissati: troppo alti, larghi o lunghi, o costruiti con
materiali non adatti all'uso in divani letto.
3) La garanzia non copre rotture derivanti dal contatto – in apertura e in chiusura – fra meccanismo e panello
frontale del divano letto. È necessario rispettare le altezze massime del pannello frontale indicate, per ogni
modello, nei disegni tecnici del catalogo.
4) La garanzia non copre rotture imputabili all'inadeguato ancoraggio dei cuscini della seduta al telaio reggi
cuscini. I cuscini non adeguatamente fissati, scivolando in avanti, entrano in contatto col pannello frontale in
fase di apertura e chiusura del divano, danneggiando irrimediabilmente le leve del meccanismo.
Consigli d'uso / limitazioni di garanzia
Oliare almeno una volta l'anno gli snodi con lubrificante ad alta densità evitando sgocciolamenti sul tessuto del
divano. Cigolii sulle parte metalliche in movimento sono normali in assenza di adeguata lubrificazione.
Frapporre un coprirete/salva materasso fra il piano rete del meccanismo ed il materasso. In assenza dello stesso,
Lampolet non risponderà di eventuali danni al tessuto del materasso causati dalle parti metalliche del
meccanismo.
Questa garanzia s'intende accordata esclusivamente alla società produttrice del divano letto che ha
acquistato da Lampolet il meccanismo e non sostituisce la garanzia da essa accordata alla sua
clientela. Il valore compensato dalla garanzia non potrà mai superare il prezzo del meccanismo
stesso.

WARRANTY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LAMPOLET s.r.l offers on all the sofa beds mechanisms a total 3 years warranty (2 years on our mattresses) with
free substitution of faulty goods from our headquarters or authorized retailers.
The warranty will be valid and operative under the following conditions:
1) The mechanism must be accompanied by the warranty adhesive label indicating month and year of
production;
2) It must be proven that the breakage of the mechanism is due to production default and not to improper
use and particularly:
a) The wrong habit of leaving blankets and pillows within the mechanism when closing the sofa bed
(this could damage the unit);
b) Use of mattresses which do not fit the established parameters (too high, too wide, too long) From
the warranty are excluded damages due to transportation.
3) Warranty does not cover damage resulting from contact – when opening and closing between the
mechanism and the front panel of the sofabed. It is important to ensure the maximum height of the front
panel conforms with dimension detailed for each model in the technical data of the catalogue
4) Warranty does not extend to Damages resulting from inadequate fastening of Seat Cushions to the Seat
Cushion Frame. Cushions should NOT be allowed to slide forward during opening and closing of the
Sofabed thus connecting with the Front Panel and causing irreparable damage to the operating levers of the
Mechanism.
5) From the warranty are excluded damages due to transportation.
Lubricate hinges annually with High Density Oil avoiding drips which may soil the fabric.
originating from moving metal parts are normal in the absence of adequate lubrication. Please ensure that an
adequate insulator is fixed permanently over mechanism to protect mattress and cushion fabrics.
Lampolet will not be responsible for damages caused by exposure to metal parts of the mechanism.
