Copyright This technical manual is for internal use by IMET s.r.l. only to facilitate the developments and production of the IMET Radio remote controls of the M880 series M880 RAY. All these projects can mount the B014 module for communication.
The B014 module is approved for modular devices in the United States (FCC) and Canada (IC). Modular approval removes the need for expensive RF and antenna design, and allows the end user to place the B014 module inside a finished product and does not require regulatory testing for an intentional radiator (RF transmitter).

The module B014 is 1,6mm (0,063”) thick with castellated mounting point on the edge. The module was assembled using standard lead free reflow profile for soldering connection. A.1.1 Labelling and User Information Requirements The B014 module has been labelled with its own FCC ID number, and if the FCC ID is not visible when the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the finished product into which the module is installed must also display a label referring to the enclosed module.
The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. If the B014 module is used in a portable application (i.e., the antenna is less than 20 cm from persons during operation), the integrator is responsible for performing Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) testing in accordance with FCC rules 2.1091.
