Gluefast Adjutant-JR Instructions

Assembly Instructions

Your Gluefast Adjutant-Jr requires the following assembly:
1. Screw the four triangular supports (two screws each) into
the main body of the unit as seen in the photo to the right.
2. Screw the black crank wheel onto
the machine with the single screw.
3. Flatten the side wings into a
horizontal position as shown below.

Operating Instructions

1. Adjust the spacing between the rubber rollers and
tighten the set screw to secure. For gluing paper to
paper (duplexing) make sure there is good pressure
between the rollers. Make sure that both sides have
the same spacing and pressure.
2. Lock the rollers into place by tightening the locking
nut.
3. For easier use you might want to move the unit near the edge the table to facilitate
turning the crank wheel. You can pass the materials through the press in either
direction.
