WARRANTY PEM-TECH Inc. warrants its equipment to be free from defects in manufacturing and material provided that such equipment was properly selected for the service intended, properly installed, and not misused. This equipment will be replaced at Pem-Tech’s sole option, free of charge and return shipped at lowest transportation cost. Equipment will only be accepted for warranty repair or replacement with an RMA number.
